Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private and use two-step verification if you can. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

What you add to Celebracia stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, display and send it only as needed to run Celebracia for you and the people you share it with. You're responsible for your content and for having the right to add it, including permission to add your guests' contact details and the right to use any card, photo or image you upload (for example an invitation card made by a designer, or a picture of your kuldevi saved from the web).

The invitation designs in Celebracia — their artwork (including the Ganesha emblem and other motifs), layouts and styles — are created by and belong to Dax Patel, operating as Celebracia, and are protected by copyright. You may use them, with your own wording, to invite guests to your own celebrations, including sharing and printing the cards you make. You may not copy, sell, license or redistribute the designs themselves (for example as templates), or remove the small Celebracia mark that every card carries.

Send invitations only to people you know who would expect to hear from you about your celebration. Don't use Celebracia to send spam or unwanted messages. Collaborators you invite get the access you give them, and you're responsible for whom you invite.

Please don't:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• upload content you don't have the right to share;
• share sexually explicit content, or intimate images of anyone without their consent, including images made or altered with AI;
• send spam, phishing or misleading messages;
• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, test or get around our security, or overload, disrupt or scrape the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Celebracia.

Celebracia has a free plan with limits. Paid plans are a one-time payment per celebration, at the prices shown in the app, and are currently arranged directly with us when you request an upgrade. If a celebration goes over its plan's limits (for example after a change of plan), editing may pause until it's resolved; your data isn't deleted. If something isn't right with what you paid for, contact us and we'll work out a fair solution.

Optional AI features (powered by Claude, by Anthropic) can make mistakes. Check their suggestions before relying on them. They may have daily limits.

We keep improving Celebracia, so features may change. We work to keep it available and reliable but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your own copies of anything critical (for example, export your guest list). Celebracia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using Celebracia at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk, with notice where reasonable.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which the operator of Celebracia resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date. For significant changes we'll also let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Celebracia after changes take effect means you accept them.
